Services Offered

Who do you work with?
I provide

1.

I provide therapy to female-identified & gender non-conforming folks that are 18 years of age & older.

I welcome and celebrate working with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ folks.

What can you help me with?

I specialize in codependency, attachment issues, financial stress, decreasing anxiety, growing in recovery and thriving as a highly sensitive person.

Are you meeting with folks in-person?
For the time being, I provide therapy online (telehealth) for clients in Washington State.  I use a HIPAA-compliant website to ensure our appointments are private & confidential.

Can you help me with trauma?
The therapy I provide is “trauma-informed” meaning I recognize that many of us have experienced traumatic events in our lifetimes.  I aim to offer safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness and empowerment in our appointments.  However, I am not a trauma specialist & don’t specialize in modalities that support folks in processing traumatic experiences (e.g., Lifespan Integration, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing [EMDR]).  If any of these issues should come up in my work with you, I will do my best to refer you to another provider that can either collaborate with us as a team or become your primary therapist.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this information.

What can you not help me with?
You deserve the best quality of care, and to work with someone who has the training and structural capacity to appropriately address your needs.  In the light of this, I don't provide the following services at this time:
- Male-identified folks, children under 18 years of age, couples or families
- Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or trauma as the primary focus of therapy
- Suicidal or homicidal ideation
- Self-harming behaviors (e.g., cutting, burning)
- ADHD as the primary focus of therapy
- Eating disorders as the primary focus of therapy
- Domestic violence and/or disputes
- Expert witness testimony for court cases including child custody disputes
- Evaluations for concerns such as employment, Worker Compensation Claims or L&I, or academic accommodations

If any of these issues should come up in my work with you I will do my best to refer you to another provider that can either collaborate with us as a team or become your primary therapist.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions about this information.

If you are in crisis, please contact the Crisis Line at 800-584-3578.
